Just found the scale merch's Soulbinder's Belt 475x slightly better resists than Cenzia's and 35 hits + 40 hit cap... does not grab that extra AF point... but that is not needed in this temp... may be a better belt over all for upcoming temps.

At this point the omni's are, imo, less valuable than the DS armor due to less procing and the new patch they are putting in:
"Omni-Proc: The amount of power that a Vampiir can receive from this effect has been capped at 9% of the player’s total mana." Go with SG

A nice temp, but you may want to try to fit more Dragonslayer armor into it: those procs help... I am not sure over the bonuse difference which is better. http://www.daoctemplates.net/viewTemplate.php?template=3276

What is MHI?
Evade runs offa dex qui, if it can be better used in another place i am all for it tho.
It would be better with DS armor and hits are very low. :(
The lack in heat/cold resist is 15 dmg points offa a 300total heat/cold dmg hit that is basically a bleed or dmg add, i would like it to be cap but am not sure this is a big difference.
(I am not really defending the temp, just putting the thoughts behind what i could control of the build, I really appreciate the feedback, and look forward to thoughts on evade and the MHI thingy) :)

Hey, i just started visiting alb, and i rolled a tic; being a newb over here i am wondering with a 50/50 or 42/50? rej/enh (or vise v) spec that you were talking about, how important is the ToA casting speed, and the +skill to Enhance/Rejuve? I like what i see with resists and meele, but i am not sure if you made this with more meele in mind than casting.

Cloth Cap the big $$ of the temp, also kinda rare feet. Hits are low, and 2 meele resists are not quite up. Power pool is better than most and the uses for power and aoe speed make it nice for pve.

I realize that matter sucks, and hits are very low, and scythe being 2pts down is somthing to worry about...
